In this exciting role, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating flawless events across prestigious venues and stores in New York City and beyond.

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead the Charge: Oversee all aspects of on-site and off-site events, from setup to breakdown.
• Master of the Plan: Review timelines and event orders, delegate tasks to your team, and ensure everything flows according to schedule.
• The Orchestrator: Communicate with the kitchen, manage breaks, and keep the entire event on track.
• Client Whisperer: Act as the go-to person for external vendors and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Pre-Event Powerhouse: Conduct client meetings, finalize details, and handle administrative tasks.
• Post-Event Pro: Facilitate a smooth breakdown, manage rentals, and create event recaps.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in the service industry, ideally as an event manager or lead server.
• Can communicate clearly and confidently with both staff and high-end clientele.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being on the move.
• Has the physical ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Manages their own schedule and can travel independently within the NYC area.
• Possesses reliable transportation (clean driving record a plus!).
