The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
• A passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment
