Job Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- A passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment
